LANDLORD CERTIFICATES
The Landlord must ensure that the fixed electrical installation and any electrical appliances supplied with the let, such as cookers, kettles, toasters, washing machines and immersion heaters are safe to use as under the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 1994, and the Plugs and Sockets etc. (Safety) Regulations 1994, both of which come under the Consumer Protection Act 1987, there is an obligation to ensure that all electrical equipment is safe. 

The fixed electrical installation should be subjected to a Periodic Inspection and Test or a Routine Inspection and Test. Any electrical appliances provided should also be inspected and tested. 

Our Landlord Certificate will provide you with all the necessary documentation to provide comprehensive proof that ' due diligence' has been taken.

PROPERTY HOME INFORMATION (SELLER'S) PACK
From summer 2007, if you wish to sell your property, it is now mandatory, for certain sizes of house, to provide a Seller's Pack which will provide information and checks on your property.
The condition of the fixed electrical installation needs to be included. Failure to provide this information can lead to delays or possible loss of sale.
To ensure that this problem does not arise we can provide you with a Periodic Inspection Report for inclusion within your Seller's Pack.

Charges
Our charges are a fixed fee based on the number of circuits to be inspected and tested.
